Sarah’s background spans producing, event management, production and logistics coordination, ticketing, business system design, and human resourcing.

Driven by a love for music, art, and theatre, Sarah is inspired by the artists and creatives she works with and for, and the intersection of creative industries and communities. With a people-centred approach to leadership, Sarah has extensive experience crafting procedure, policy, and flexible systems to foster collaboration and equip ambitious teams with clarity and confidence to navigate challenges with optimism and deliver exceptional outcomes – bringing creative visions to life. Sarah has worked across a range of events, festivals, and independent creative projects showcasing a variety of artistic disciplines, including BIGSOUND, Queensland Music Awards, Valley Fiesta, Brisbane Festival, Sydney Festival, Brisbane Street Art Festival, Jungle Love Festival, and more.
