CLOE TERARE

Since attending in 2019, Toowoomba-based CLOE TERARE’S racked up stellar reviews from those at triple j unearthed, landed on in the 2020 BIGSOUND50 lineup, co-written with soul-songstress DVNA, and even formed a new duo ‘Dayliites’ with accomplished electronic producer PACES. She's also landed nominations in the 2021 Queensland Music Award's Regional Category.

Attending 2018 QMusic Connect Sessions, Gold Coast-based R&B master DVNA has dropped a well-received debut EP 'All My Friends', racked up a heap of live shows including a slot at Laneway Festival and her own New Years Day festival 'DVNA and Friends'. Hitting two million streams of her smooth track 'Sushi in Tokyo', DVNA has also picked up a nomination for the Soul/ Funk/ RnB Category at the 2021 Queensland Music Awards.

Electro-funk Gold Coast trio, daste attended QMusic Connect in 2018, and have since released their exploratory and concept-driven debut EP Palette: “a delicious dish of food; a wide palette of different flavours and textures that make up the overall taste”.

Attending in 2017, Cairns-based musician was the 6th most played artist on triple j Unearthed in 2018, as well as being the recipient of the coveted Billy Thorpe Scholarship at the Queensland Music Awards. Greta’s live shows have included sharing stages with the likes of The Rubens, Emma Louise, Tash Sultana, Sarah Blasko and Didirri, along with appearances at Groovin’ The Moo, Australian Music Week, The Big Pineapple Festival and BIGSOUND.

QMusic Connect is supported by the Queensland Government through Arts Queensland. The series is also supported by Townsville, Cairns and Ipswich City Councils, Toowoomba Regional Council and Noosa Shire Council.

QMUSIC acknowledges the many Traditional Custodian groups all across what is now referred to as Queensland. We pay our respect to all elders: past and present.
