VALLEY FIESTA 2024 RELEASES FULL SCHEDULE

#BRISBANE'S BIGGEST ANNUAL PARTY HITS THE STREETS OF THE VALLEY WITH FOUR OUTDOOR STAGES, HEADLINED BY MEG MAC + MAY-A

LOCAL, ALL AGES AND FREE, Brisbane’s iconic inner-city street party Valley Fiesta has revealed its exciting 2024 schedule. Taking place on Saturday 26 October, this year’s event will be headlined by melodic singer-songwriter Meg Mac, alt-pop favourite May-A, electrifying four-piece The Buoys, and smooth-electronic Gold Coast trio daste..

Produced by QMusic and curated by The Tivoli’s Roster Agency, the impressive main-stage line-up will also feature Velvet Trip, Porpoise Spit, Deafcult and 01 Thurman.

The 2024 event features four outdoor stages around Fortitude Valley, with the Brunswick Street Main Stage located on a road closure on the Ann Street end of Brunswick Street. Three DJ stages will also be delivering incredible tunes across the Brunswick Mall DJ Stage, Bakery Lane DJ Stage and the Winn Lane Quivr Stage, hosting local artists from 3pm.

Now in its 28th year Lord Mayor Adrian Schrinner described Valley Fiesta as the cornerstone of Brisbane’s music and arts scene since it began in 1997.

“Brisbane is Australia’s lifestyle capital and home to some of the country’s most iconic music venues – many of which are in the heart of Fortitude Valley.

“The arts and entertainment industry needs our support, and this fantastic free event means more people can get out and back our incredible local artists.”

Beyond the music, Valley Fiesta is a unique opportunity to explore the rich tapestry of Brisbane’s music and arts scene, discovering new talent and embracing the city’s cultural diversity.

QMusic CEO Kris Stewart said, “There’s nothing like a street party to celebrate our vibrant music scene, and Valley Fiesta is the best free street party in Brisbane! This year the four stages will showcase the vibrant streets and laneways of Fortitude Valley, inviting everyone to join in the celebration.”

Brunswick Street Main Stage acts will kick off from 2pm with QUBE Effect winner 01 Thurman and Porpoise Spit. DJ Stages in Brunswick Mall and Bakery Lane will have artists Zed Mero, Danyon, Luke Brazier and Jimmy Ellis spinning tracks late into the evening and the Winn Lane Quivr Stage will feature local artists DJ EmGem, Kodos and First Beige DJs.

Presented by Brisbane City Council, Valley Fiesta is delivered in partnership with QMusic.
